About us

We work with families of children under 9. You set the goals, we coach you and the people around your child, and we review progress with you every few months.

All our workers hold NDIS Worker Screening clearances, complete our induction and training, and follow our policies on your rights, privacy and safety.

You can give feedback or make a complaint to Little Steps Therapy in person, by phone, by email, with the form on this website, or through a family member, friend or advocate. You can stay anonymous.

We let you know we have received it, keep you updated while we look into it and tell you the outcome. You will not be treated differently for speaking up.

If you are not happy with how we handled it, or would rather not come to us, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au.

Little Steps Therapy collects only the personal information we need to provide your supports, such as your contact details and your NDIS plan information.

We keep it secure, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and share it only with your consent or where the law requires.

You can ask to see or correct your information at any time. Contact us if you have a privacy concern.

Your rights and the NDIS Code of ConductWhat you can expect from us and from every worker.

You have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, to make your own choices, and to be safe from harm, abuse and neglect.

All our workers follow the NDIS Code of Conduct. Ask us for a copy, including an Easy Read version.

Feedback and complaints

We want to hear what is working and what is not. You can give feedback or make a complaint at any time, in any way that suits you: in person, by phone, by email or with this form. You can stay anonymous, and you will not be treated differently for speaking up.
