The design is free only with the $39/month website hosting, which is an add-on to your plan. The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, backups and maintenance, and renews until you cancel it. Domain registration is paid by you.

About the website package.
What if I already have a website?
We can redesign it. The redesign is free, on the same condition (the $39/month hosting). We keep the content you want, bring it up to date, add the pages participants and auditors commonly look for and move the site to our hosting.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Your website goes live on your own domain (for example yourbusiness.com.au), which you register and pay for. If you already have one, we connect it. If not, we can explain how to register one.
Who owns the content?
You do. The words, photos, logo and policies you give us, and your domain, stay yours.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Website hosting renews each billing period until you cancel it, with no cancellation fee. Cancel any time in Billing > Manage billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: your website stays online until then and hosting stops after that. Ask us before then and we send you a copy of your content.
How many pages can I have?
Between 5 and 30 pages, up to you. Most small providers start with the essentials and add pages as they grow.
How long does it take?
We agree a timeline with you once we have your website brief, and keep you updated as we go.
