Our documentation guarantee
Documentation guarantee: if an auditor raises a non-conformity about the wording or content of documents we generated for you, we fix those documents free of charge and send them back within 2 business days of receiving your claim. This covers our documents only - it does not cover whether your practice matches them, and it is not a guarantee that you will pass your audit.

When it applies.
- Your plan is active when the finding is raised and when you claim.
- The documents were generated from your current, accurate answers on our latest templates (accept re-issued documents when we send them).
- You tell us within 7 days of receiving the audit report.
- You send us the part of the audit report that states the finding.
What it does not cover.
- Your practice, records or staff knowledge not matching the documents.
- Answers that were inaccurate or out of date when the documents were generated.
- Wording you or anyone else changed after generation (we still fix the wording we supplied).
- Changes in law or standards after the documents were generated, if you had not accepted the re-issued version.
- Auditor findings on matters outside the documents, which are for the auditor's professional judgement.

About the guarantee.
Does this mean I will pass my audit?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. Auditors assess your whole practice. The guarantee covers the wording and content of the documents we generated for you.
What counts as a non-conformity about our documents?
A finding in your audit report that a document we generated is missing required content or is worded in a way that does not meet the relevant standard or rule.
What if the finding is about what we do, not what the document says?
That is not covered. For example, if the policy is right but your records show it is not followed.
Does it cost anything?
No. Fixing covered documents is free while your plan is active.
What are business days?
Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales.
