You still use audito for everything. $999 (verification) or $1,499 (certification), one-off, including audit preparation and audit-day support, charged at checkout together with your set-up fee. Your audito plan is billed as usual: $490 (verification) or $990 (certification) set-up, then $99/month (AUD, GST inclusive). With monthly billing, the set-up fee and any one-off extras are charged when you start your plan, and your first monthly payment (and any monthly extras) one month later. With yearly billing, the whole first year is charged when you start your plan. The auditor's fee is not included: you pay it to your approved quality auditor. Nobody can promise an audit outcome.

Your account data is kept for 90 days after your plan ends so you can come back or export it, then deleted.

The set-up fee is refundable if you ask within 14 days of paying and your full document set has not been generated or downloaded. Your set is generated when you finish the set-up questions, including during the free trial. Other fees are not refunded for change of mind or unused time. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, for example a refund if a service has a major problem. See our terms.

Free website design or redesign when you add our website hosting at $39/month (hosting, updates and maintenance). The design is free only with the $39/month website hosting, which is an add-on to your plan. The monthly fee covers hosting, security updates, backups and maintenance, and renews until you cancel it. Domain registration is paid by you.

No. Approved quality auditors are independent and you pay them directly. Done with you covers our preparation and audit-day support only.
